Description: BY 4:00, WE WILL HAVE: 1. Reconciled tiering with the BTSD master list and reported every change in direct-service status required by current tiering. 2. Established shared clarity on the new organizational structure, decision pathways, and Mentor Handbook non-negotiables. 3. Calibrated the Better Than a Buddy System coaching cycle through practice labs using Diagnose → Coach → Monitor. 4. Shared school-based mentor team structures, coverage, gaps, and immediate next steps. 5. Confirmed yearlong mentor-practice norms anchored in the five NC Mentor Standards.
